# CIVCNCT Spain

> Your direct line to public services. Independent AI assistant by Innovius UG. Not a public authority. Answers without guarantee; the linked official sources are authoritative.

CIVCNCT helps people in Spain with public administration: it finds the right public service, the responsible authority, forms, deadlines, fees, documents to bring, laws and official warnings, and always links the official source. Actions that involve personal data (prefilled forms, letters, submissions) are prepared and confirmed on the user's own device; nothing is sent without an explicit confirmation.

Privacy: in the web app, ShinrAI (https://getshinrai.com) replaces names, addresses and ID numbers with pseudonyms before the AI model sees the text; town, postal code and dates stay readable. In your own AI client the AI vendor sees the conversation; the tools for AI clients ask for no personal data (postal code or town at most). The service stores no conversations. Agent access (MCP, llms.txt, OpenAPI) follows AICNCT (https://aicnct.com) conventions.

### any_find_form
Find official fillable PDF forms for the user's country (applications, registrations, notices, templates such as Kindergeld, Elterngeld, Anmeldung, Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, Wohngeld, BAföG, Gewerbeanmeldung, Vorsorgevollmacht, Meldezettel, cerfa). Use it when the user needs a paper form or asks where to get one. Returns matching forms with the responsible authority, official source, online alternative and a link that opens the form in the app. The form opens without profile values; the user's own device fills them in from the local profile only after the user selects 'Fill from my profile'. Regional forms (e.g. Berlin) are marked, and flagged when the user's location hints point to another place.

### any_public_holidays

Returns the competent body, key rule, checked key facts (DNI fee, NIE, birth certificate; padrón in Madrid and Barcelona when `municipality` is given), online service and official links.

Use it whenever the user moves between EU countries or is an EU citizen abroad. Query in English keywords; the page text comes in the user's language when available.
